I’ve recently received several emails about this one. It’s called the “Global Pension Plan” and promises to help you turn €30 into €55,000 or more!
I got the following email and decided to look into it:

Note that Stella said “this date is absolute” so it was surprising when the new ‘admin’ posted this:

As per Trust Partner’s decision, we hereby announce the final closing date of Global Pension Plan: 06/30/2009 That is the 30th of June 2009.
The current number of fully qualified members is only slightly short of the 100.000 limit.

I know I will look stupid or what ever but I still beleive all reverse pension plan will pay this year, I had a car accident last years and for get retablish , I need to invest in an expensive treatement, when I discover the reverse pension plan, I told my self this is my chance to get involve for pay my treatment to restablish myself even if the reverse pension plan look bad or always lies to not pay anyone, I still hope because it is my only hope never in my life only with any work I can do, I will be able to pay the expensive treatment I need so I still hope even if it is look impossible it is a small chance those program are true…

Some additional information. They are calling this LiberatorOne, and they claim it is not a RPP, but it is being called a BST, Buy/Sell Transaction, and it is part of QCoopers. All you need to know is John Noakes is pumping this, and of course he is bragging on how smart of an investor Terry is, and yet Terry has yet to see a winner. Hmmm, come to think of it, neither has John Noakes. So you have a great track record here. LOL! By the way, you can’t join as 10,000 has already been reached.

Terry’s program is QCooper. TeamThemCo is just fronting for it. Saw a lot of familiar pimps of GPP, HCI, ImperiaInvest pumping people up to join this farce. Seems they found 10,000 victims that want to lose their $90 per unit, or $360 if they buy 4. Of course now it is limited to 4 units, but wonder how long before they scrap that and allow more than 4 to be purchased. Remember GPP was only supposed to allow 1, and look what they later did. Of course it is going to be interesting to hear all the excuses why this can’t pay out on time. As the old saying goes, “A Fool and His Money are Soon Parted.”

There were some CG payment problems during the early stage of the very recent website problems. These we have tried to iron out by now. If you still think, that your problem has not been solved, please contact us via the email address you got from the payment processor while complaining about the hick up.
My downline needs to contact GPP support for his missing contracts, I really cant find out the correct email address, anyone can tell me? Thank you in advance.

This crap has gone from “the purchase of additional policies is OPTIONAL and WILL NOT affect the payout timeline of the program” to”if you dont buy up the additional 20000 policies you are in danger of bringing the program down”
Liars, cheats, scammers. Preying on the fear of loss and overall stupidity of the millions of unsophisticated people on the net. Shameful.

Let’s go back to your suggestion. To sell 20,000 “policies”, all GPP really had to do is : SIMPLY PAY OUT 10, no, just FIVE policies to one “Admin”. He would have enough money to buy all the rest of the policies and finish the program in 5 minutes! Doesn’t it make sense ???
So wait, why do they NOT do that ? Or why do they offer 300,000 policies to 100,000 people for FIVE long years ??
Deep down inside, you know the answer. It makes perfect SENSE.
There is NO PAYOUT COMING. All they want is $20 or $30 or $40 from 300,000 PEOPLE like.
By now they already have had a couple million of dollars, and they want some extra $$$ before announcing that the program HAS FAILED “because one member can’t keep his mouth shut” or “the bank freezes our accounts”, or “the government shuts us down” or whatever.
Or worse : on Feb 28 they would make a FAKE update that all policies have been sold so the program is completed. But WAIT. Now it’s time for you to PAY for a “banking solution”, or “trust accounts”, or “anonymous debitcard” like such a thing really exist. And guess what ? There can be NO payout until EVERYONE purchases at least one “payout solution”.
And the waiting game begins again for another 4-5 years. Before they finally disappear from the face of the planet.. wait, it’s too extreme. Before their “sophisticated website” is taken off the net (AGAIN).
There is ALL there is to it!
PERIOD!

Those policies are being sold as I know people who’s website has increased by a lot as far as ‘earnings’ are concerned. They are getting new members too signing up. I have had promos from at least 7 different sources in the last few days. Has there been a company that has actually bought up the lot? That is one of the rumours going around. One out in Australia says the sum is far too big to be paid out in ref fees alone. They say it must be a scam. Also there is a big promo about a themco offer which is being done by the same big promotor of GPP. Talk about getting confused.

Billy: Anyone who files a complaint with the FBI, IC3, SEC, FTC, Postal Inspector, or any other law enforcement agency will only receive a confirmation of receiving their complaint. They will not follow-up with you in regard to any investigation. They will not tell you if one is ongoing or not. If they do take action, you will read about it in a press release.
Based on information we have received, we believe there are several law enforcement agencies from several countries looking into GPP other than Finland. Not even the Finn’s are giving any updates on their investigation since the original announcement they were looking into GPP. Not sure if this helped or not.
